Route quality

We watch the numbers carriers care about

Every route is measured on live traffic. When a route drops below target, our NOC moves your traffic before it costs you.

ASRAnswer-seizure ratio

The share of call attempts that are answered. We track it per destination and per route tier.

ACDAverage call duration

Short ACD often signals poor audio or false answers. We flag it early.

PDDPost-dial delay

The time from INVITE to ringing. Lower PDD means callers hear ringing sooner.

CPSCalls per second

Capacity agreed up front, so dialer bursts are not rejected at peak hours.

Interconnect

From first contact to live traffic

Most partners go from agreement to live traffic in four steps.

Step 1

Agreement

We exchange company details, sign the interconnect agreement and agree on billing terms.

Step 2

Technical setup

You share your signaling IPs. We whitelist them and send our SBC details and dial format.

Step 3

Test calls

We run test calls to your target destinations and check audio, caller ID and PDD together.

Step 4

Go live

Traffic starts on agreed capacity. You receive regular rate decks and usage reports.
